Answer five, and this will tell you what to buy.

Tick only what is true of your business today. Nothing is sent anywhere and no email is asked for. If none of the five is true, this tells you to keep your money, because a page that can only ever recommend something is an advert with a form on it.

What to buy

—

Tick what is true

Five statements. Tick the ones that describe your business as it runs today, and this will name the systems that fix exactly those and nothing else.

The phone plans

Same system in all three. Coverage is what changes.

Nobody gets replaced, your number stays yours, and every plan runs on your Business Brain with unlimited talk minutes. The first two differ in one thing only: how much of your phone the agent covers. The third keeps all of that and runs the rest of the front office on the same system.

What is one job worth to you, on average?

Move it to your own number and all three cards below will price themselves against your work instead of ours. This is division, not a forecast: it tells you how many jobs a plan has to save to break even, not how many it will save.

The Review Agent is an add-on to the two phone plans and is included inside Peak Front Office. Every plan carries a one-time build and launch fee on top of the monthly, printed above. The fee, what it covers, and the date monthly billing begins are agreed in writing before you buy.

Every plan, and what each one leaves out.

Column heads carry the monthly price, with the one-time build fee in the first row. Database Recovery is not a column because it has no monthly fee: it runs alongside anything here and is paid per appointment that books.

The one-time fee

The build fee is the only thing you pay once. Here is what it buys.

Every plan has one monthly price and one build fee, both printed on this page. Nothing is quoted only on a call, and nothing is added afterwards.

What the build covers

Configured, tested and live before you are billed monthly.

  • The number, the scripts and the booking rules set up against how your business actually takes work.
  • Every handoff tested before go-live — what the agent answers, what it books, and when it passes a caller to a human.
  • Priority tuning in your first two weeks live, on your real calls, at no extra charge.
  • Founder-led implementation. The person building it is the person answering the phone when you call about it.

What it does not cover

The things that are genuinely not included.

  • Your phone number itself. You keep your number and your carrier; nothing is ported.
  • Ad spend. None of these systems buy traffic. They work the demand you already have.
  • A second build. If you later change plan, the difference in build fee is what you pay, not the whole fee again.
  • Rebuilding a site you already like. The Smart Website is a separate product with its own price.

The rest of it, in full. The prices on this page are the prices. Your monthly rate is the one printed on the day you buy, and any change is agreed with you in writing before it takes effect. The build fee covers the scope agreed before work starts; a larger or unusually complex build is quoted before you buy rather than added afterwards.

The other half of a price list

What you will never be billed for.

A price list that only shows what things cost is half a price list. These are the parts of working with me that have no invoice attached, and they are not a limited-time offer.

  • The thirty minutes

You bring your own numbers, we work out whether anything here fixes them, and if nothing does I will tell you that on the call.

    $0
  • The revenue assessment and the phone leak finder

Eleven questions and a sixty-second calculator. No email box, and the result is on your screen before you decide anything.

    $0
  • Reading your contact list before a recovery campaign

How many names are actually workable, and whether the list is big enough to bother. Below three hundred we say so and stop.

    $0
  • Talk minutes

There is no per-minute charge on any phone plan and no cap to run into. A long call is not a more expensive call.

    $0
  • A month of Database Recovery in which nothing books

It is paid per qualified appointment. If the campaign runs and produces none, that month costs you nothing, which is the whole reason it is priced that way.

    $0
  • Asking your past customers for reviews

The one-off campaign across your back catalogue is inside the Review Agent, not billed on top of it.

    $0

“He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was set up correctly and working the way we needed it to... We would definitely recommend him to any business looking to improve their phone system and customer service.”

Unlimited Landscape Services, Colorado Springs. A phone system client, on 24/7 Front Desk.

You have the prices. Now bring your numbers.

Thirty minutes, your own figures, and a straight answer about which of these is worth buying. If the answer is none of them, that is what you will hear.

Every price is published, including the one-time build fee.
