That is the pitch.

The person on the demo call is the person who configures it and picks up when it needs changing. Here is the whole inventory, small numbers included.

Two of those numbers are small and they are printed anyway. A page that implies scale and hopes nobody asks is the thing you have been burned by before. This is the alternative: the whole picture, up front, so nothing on the call is a surprise.

The trade

One person is better and worse. Here is both.

Julian Lopez, founder of Peak Revenue Solution, Colorado Springs

Every agency page tells you why their way is better. This one tells you what it costs you as well, because you are going to find out either way and it is cheaper for both of us if you find out now.

What you get

No brief gets handed to anybody.

Direct

The person who hears what your business does is the person who writes the rules the agent follows. Nothing is translated through an account manager, and no junior gets your configuration as their first project. When you want the wording changed you describe it to the person who will change it.

What you give up

There is no support desk behind me.

One deep

Your agent answers around the clock. I do not. If something is losing you work I will deal with it the day you tell me, including weekends, but a cosmetic change asked for at nine on a Saturday is a Monday job. An agency with a rota can beat me on that and I am not going to pretend otherwise.

How the work runs

Diagnosis first. Then the fix.

Nothing gets configured before the leak is found, and nothing goes live before it is tested against your own business. Three steps, in this order, every time.

01

Map how customers reach you now

From the first search, click or call, through the reply, the appointment, the review and the follow-up nobody makes. The output is a list of the places work is going missing, ranked, with the biggest one named.

02

Configure only what was agreed

The channels in scope, on your business rules, your routing, your language and your team's responsibilities. Your number stays yours and your people keep ringing first unless you asked for otherwise.

03

Test it before it is live

The calls, the messages, the alerts, the booking route and who owns each next step. It launches when the handoffs behave the way we agreed, not on a date I picked.

“He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was set up correctly and working the way we needed it to... We would definitely recommend him to any business looking to improve their phone system and customer service.”

The real question

What happens when it gets something wrong?

It will. It is a system answering your phone, and no system is right every time. The question that matters is how fast you find out and what happens next, so here is that, by failure, in plain terms.

It says something wrong on a call

Every call is recorded and transcribed in your app. You read it, or the caller tells you.

Send me the call. The wording changes that day and I tell you what I changed.

A caller asks something it was never taught

It says it will have someone call back rather than guessing, and the call lands in your app flagged.

That answer goes into your Business Brain, so the next caller who asks it gets a real answer.

You want the wording changed

You do not have to find out. You just want it different.

Text or call the number on this page. There is no ticket and no queue in front of you.

Something is losing you work on a Saturday

You notice, or the weekly scoreboard does on Monday, which is too late.

Call me. If it is costing you jobs I deal with it that day. If it is cosmetic, it is Monday, and I will say so.

Before you book

The questions owners actually ask me.

Including the two nobody puts on a website. Answered the way I answer them on the phone.

  • What if you get too busy for me?

That is the honest risk of buying from one person, and it is why I cap how many clients I take at once. I would rather turn work away than run out of attention.

When the seats are gone the price goes to the list price on the pricing page, which is the mechanism that slows new work down. If I ever cannot give an existing client the response times on this page, the right thing is to tell that client before they find out, and that is what I will do.

  • What happens to my system if you stop doing this?

Your phone number is yours and always was. Your Google Business Profile is yours. Your customer list is yours and can be exported. None of those three things were ever mine to keep.

The configuration runs on GoHighLevel, which is an off-the-shelf platform that thousands of operators know, not something I invented. So the work is portable in the way that matters: another operator can pick it up, and you are not holding a system only one person on earth understands.

  • Do I have to replace my number, my website or my team?

No. Every system runs over the phone number, the website and the people you already have. Your number stays yours, nothing on your truck or your Google listing changes, and your line keeps ringing your team first unless you specifically ask for the plan where it does not.

  • Am I locked into a contract?

The commitment is on my side, not on you. The price you start at is the price you keep unless we agree a change in writing, and there is no minimum term. Nothing here ties you in.

The one-time build fee, what it covers, whether any part of it is refundable, the method and deadline for cancellation, and the date monthly billing begins, are put in writing and agreed before you pay anything. If any of that is unclear on the call, it is my job to fix the wording, not yours to accept it.

  • What do you actually do that the software does not?

The software answers the phone. It does not know that you do not take mobile-home jobs, that the north side of town is a two-hour drive in winter, or that a caller asking about a heat pump is worth four times one asking about a filter change.

The value is in the rules, and the rules come from your business, not from a template. That is the mapping step, that is what the monthly optimization on the top plan is for, and it is the part that does not get better on its own.

  • Can you promise me rankings, revenue or the same result you got someone else?

No, and anybody who does is telling you something they cannot know. What I will do is plug specific, checkable leaks and report on what changed against what it was before.

The one measured month on this site is one client, published with their permission. It is evidence, not a forecast for you. Every calculator on this site runs on your numbers rather than mine for exactly that reason.

The evidence

One client, one month, computed not estimated.

Unlimited Landscape Services in Colorado Springs, running the phone system on their main number. Every figure below comes out of the raw call export, not a dashboard screenshot and not a memory.

238

Calls handled

Every inbound call for the month, answered by the agent.

100%

Pickup rate

Answered on the first ring. Nothing reached voicemail.

17

New work captured

New-job inquiries that reached a person or a message, including two commercial accounts.

138

Of those, junk

Robocalls and silent dialers, screened before a human touched one.

One month, one client, published with their permission. Caller names and contact details are never shown.

And here is what that does not prove. It is one business, in one trade, over one month. It does not tell you what the agent will do on your phone, and it says nothing at all about the review agent, the website or the database work, none of which has a published month yet.

That gap is why I ask early clients for a case study. If the work does what I say it does, your numbers are the proof I do not have yet — and you decide whether they get published. Nothing goes out without your written approval.

Thirty minutes with the person who builds it.

You bring your own numbers. If none of these four systems fixes what is actually wrong, I will tell you that on the call rather than sell you the closest one.

Every price is published, including the one-time build fee.
